[ANNOUNCEMENT] – NEW YEAR HOLIDAY NOTICE 2026 – HIEP TAI COMPANY LIMITED
Post Date: 31/12/2025Pursuant to the Labor Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam regarding public holidays and festivals;
By authorization of the Company’s Board of Directors, the Human Resources Department respectfully announces the New Year Holiday schedule for 2026 as follows:
I. HOLIDAY DURATION
1. For Office Staff and Employees
All office staff and employees are entitled to the New Year holiday on January 1, 2026, for one (01) day, on January 1, 2026.
In cases where employees wish to take leave earlier or return to work later than the above-mentioned schedule, they are required to register for annual leave in accordance with company regulations and obtain approval from their Department Head.
2. For Office Units, Production and Maintenance Departments
Due to the specific nature of work in certain departments that may require continuous production and business operations, the application of this holiday schedule shall be proactively arranged and handled by the respective Department Heads in accordance with actual operational requirements.
Departments arranging staff on duty during the holiday:
Employees assigned to holiday duty will be granted 02 compensatory days off afterward, which shall not be taken consecutively.
Any work arising on the public holiday shall be compensated at 300% of the daily wage, in accordance with current regulations.
II. DUTY ASSIGNMENT, GENERAL CLEANING, AND FIRE PREVENTION
In order to ensure absolute safety of personnel and company assets during the holiday period, Department Heads are requested to strictly implement and carry out the following tasks:
1. Duty assignment
Departments shall proactively arrange staff on rotational duty during the holiday to ensure timely handling of any arising situations.
2. General cleaning
All staff and employees are required to carry out general cleaning of their respective working areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness prior to the holiday.
3. Fire prevention and control
Departments must strictly conduct inspections and develop plans to ensure absolute safety in fire prevention and control at their units in accordance with current regulations.
Specifically, the Office Department is responsible for:

Inspecting and turning off all unnecessary electrical equipment;

Checking all doors, locks, and security measures to ensure safety before the holiday.
III. REPORTING ON HOLIDAY LEAVE AND DUTY ASSIGNMENTS
Departments are responsible for reporting the holiday leave situation and the list of staff on holiday duty to the Board of Directors / Management Department before December 29, 2025.
The Company respectfully requests the Board of Management, Department Heads, and all staff and employees to strictly and fully comply with the contents of this announcement./.
This announcement takes effect from the date of signing.
