REGARDING THE CHANGE OF COMPANY SEAL AND CHANGE OF ADDRESS OF HIEP TAI COMPANY LIMITED

Pursuant to Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 dated June 12, 2025, of the National Assembly on the rearrangement of provincial-level administrative units;

Pursuant to Notice No. 210a/TB-CCTKV.XIX dated June 30, 2025, of Sub-department of Taxation – Region XIX regarding the update of taxpayers’ address information according to the new administrative boundaries and the tax authority directly managing taxpayers;

Pursuant to the Enterprise Registration Certificate of Hiep Tai Company Limited, Enterprise Code 1800606786, the 10th amended registration, issued by the Department of Finance of Can Tho City – Business Registration Division on November 16, 2025;

1. New company seal: (Details of the new seal are provided in the attached file
2. New head office address: No. 116, National Highway 91, Thoi Thanh 1 Area, Thot Not Ward, Can Tho City.

Effective date: December 1, 2025. From this date, Hiep Tai Company Limited shall use the above-mentioned company seal and address for banking and financial transactions, economic contracts, issuance of financial invoices, administrative transactions, and official correspondence with State authorities, banks, agencies, organizations, and individuals.
